About these terms

These terms apply to meetheverse.com (the "site"), run by meetheverse. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our products

The site presents products made by meetheverse, such as the Bascule app, Notion templates and //wget wallpapers. Each product is governed by its own terms:

  • Bascule is covered by the Bascule Terms of Use and its privacy policy. Beta builds are distributed through Apple's TestFlight.
  • Templates and wallpapers are sold or offered on Gumroad. Purchases, payments, downloads and refunds are handled by Gumroad under its own terms, together with the license included with each product.

Bookings and support

Calls are booked through Calendly, and tips through Buy Me a Coffee. These services apply their own terms and privacy policies when you use them. A booked call is an introductory conversation: any consulting work is agreed separately, in writing.

Intellectual property

The meetheverse name, logos, text, images and design of this site belong to meetheverse. You may share links to the site and quote short excerpts with credit. Any other use, such as copying the design or using our logos, needs our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, to try to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it, or to collect data about other people.

Links to other sites

The site links to services we don't control, such as Gumroad, Calendly, Buy Me a Coffee and Apple. We're not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be online.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, meetheverse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. These terms don't limit any rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it.
